You will need to complete a membership application form. You can do so in one of three ways:

• Contact the WSA office in Madison at 608-233-2764 or This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  and have an application forwarded to you.
•  Download and print an application(1.44 MB).
  
• Fill out an application online.
  

For Active membership,  the WSA requires that the applicant have two sponsors, both of whom  also must be current voting members of the WSA.

WSA will notify you when your application has been approved. At that time, you may pay in one of two ways.

Please be aware that membership in the WSA and ASA is federated, meaning that you must be a member of one organization in order to belong to the other.
